1. Lab-sent  PCR (sent to Quest, LabCorp or WestPac, Sharp or CHOC)
– Covered by most insurance
– Self pay, $180
– 1-7 days turnaround time, based on lab volume*
– Approved for most travel and surgery purposes.
*We cannot guarantee turnaround times due to the sample being sent to a third-party lab

2. Rapid RT-PCR/NAAT*
– The Gold Standard and most accurate rapid COVID-19 diagnostic test
– Results back same-day before close of business
– Not submitted to insurance, $215 per test
– Approved for most travel and surgery purposes

COVID-19 Test for Travel

To get a COVID-19 test for travel, a reservation is not required. Please fill out the COVID-19 Travel Questionnaire and proceed to a Marque Urgent Care testing clinic during clinic testing hours.

1. On-site Rapid Antigen for Travel*
