For employee screening services, can my employees walk into any site?
While all of our 9+ sites perform the majority of our employee screening services, certain exams require a physician or technician who are certified to perform certain exams including DOT Physicals, Silicosis Screenings and Urine Drug Screenings. For on-the-job injuries, can my employees use different sites for follow-up visits?
Yes, from the initial visit to any follow-up visits, employees can go to any of our 9+ locations for care. Because of our central database, all medical records are accessible no matter which site they visit.
What happens if my employee gets injured on the job?
If your employees get hurt on the job, we’ll be ready with walk-in services to assess and treat their injuries quickly, so that their time away from work is as brief as possible. Our experienced providers are skilled at treating lacerations, fractures, sprains and strains, contusions, chemical burns, puncture wounds, and more. Marque has on-site services such as:
- Digital X-Ray
- In-House Lab Testing
- Onsite EKG
- IV Fluid Hydration
- Antibiotics, Vaccines, and more
Can Marque send my employees’ medical records to specialists?
Yes. As part of our referral program, our Marque team assists your employees with scheduling specialist appointments along with sending their progress notes and any diagnostic results to the specialist. We ensure that all specialists in our referral network match our high standards of care.
Does Marque do stitches?
Does Marque do x-rays?
Yes, each of our locations have x-ray machines on-site, staffed by certified x-ray technicians.
Can Marque and when does Marque bill as first aid, instead of work comp?
When is it appropriate to go to the ER versus Marque?
Although our sites are staffed by certified clinicians, life and limb threatening conditions such as significant chest pain, shortness of breath, passing out and severely broken bones may require hospitalization and the advanced care available only at a hospital. Are the same doctors at the same site every day?
Not always. However, medical records are detailed and entered into our central database for all our clinicians to access, regardless which site they are at. If an employee prefers a specific clinician, they can always come back the next time the clinician is scheduled at that site or see the clinician at the other sites they are scheduled to work at.
