With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and over six years in leadership roles, she brings extensive expertise in medical practice management, team development, workflow optimization, and patient experience. Throughout her career, Jillian has successfully led high-volume medical offices, implemented operational improvements, and collaborated closely with providers and staff to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
