Matthew Eazell

Matthew Eazell is a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional who brings energy, leadership, and a team-first mindset to his role as Office Manager at Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo. His journey at Marque began at the front desk and, through hard work and determination, he quickly progressed through multiple roles—including Back Office Medical Assistant, Back Office Lead, Assistant Manager, and Clinical Manager—all within just a year and a half.

Matthew holds Associate of Science degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from Santiago Canyon College, as well as in Medical Assisting from Santa Ana College. He is currently pursuing a degree in polysomnography with the goal of becoming a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), and later plans to complete a degree in respiratory therapy at Orange Coast College and obtain his RRT certification.

Outside of work, Matthew is passionate about physical fitness and plays in a competitive men’s basketball league. His drive to grow professionally, support his team, and improve patient care continues to shape his positive impact in the healthcare field.
