Marque Medical is pleased to announce that Dorcas Eaves, MD is now practicing at Marque Urgent Care located in Rancho Santa Margarita and Newport Beach. Dr. Eaves is a highly regarded physician and an accomplished general surgeon. She brings over 30 years of medical experience to Marque Urgent Care. Dr. Eaves provides comprehensive, high quality, evidence based medical care to Marque’s patients.
Throughout her more than 30-year career in the medical field, Dr. Eaves has held a variety of positions such as Medical Director, Chief of Surgery, and Clinic Physician. Dr. Eaves practiced as a Clinic Physician and Medical Director for the Department of the Army for nearly a decade. She was deployed to United States Army European Command stationed in Italy and Germany. Dr. Eaves provided comprehensive high quality medical care in clinic settings to over 20,000 Active Duty Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, family members, and Department of Defense civilians.
After a rigorous search, Marque Urgent Care determined that Dr. Eaves is the best doctor for the Marque team. Dr. Eaves received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at University of California, Irvine. Dr. Eaves has an American Board of Medical Quality certification and is Board Eligible in General Surgery.
