Her areas of emphasis within Marque include process improvement, organizational culture and change, administrative simplicity, and recruiting. Most recently her focus has been towards the understanding of Organizational Dynamics and Operations to positively impact patient care.

A cum laude graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a Leadership and Organizational Dynamics Degree. She joins Marque Medical with over 10 years in the Healthcare Industry. Her passion for healthcare stems from her involvement in growing the family owned and operated business in Puerto Rico. She has dedicated her career to getting to know all aspects of the healthcare industry.
