Marque Urgent Care is proud to participate once again in the Corona del Mar Scenic 5K on Saturday, June 2nd. This terrific event brings together approximately 3,000 local residents and community members to raise funds benefitting Newport Beach youth programs and senior services. It is important to the culture of Marque Urgent Care to be involved in the community. They have served the Orange County residents for over 30 years. It’s a wonderful opportunity to interact with the patients they care for outside of the clinic.
As indicative of other Marque Urgent Care sponsored events, they will be on site with doctors and staff supporting the participants and offering free blood pressure checks. Marque Urgent Care will also be raffling prizes to support the Wounded Warriors Project which provides aid to wounded service members. They are looking forward to interacting with the local Newport community in a social setting. “I’ve been working here for 17 years now, and I strongly believe we are the best urgent care in the market”, exclaims Dr. Sims. “These are not just patients, they are friends who I play tennis with and see around town. Their health means everything to me.”
Marque Urgent Care not only loves supporting local events in Newport Beach, but also in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita, where they recently opened their second location. The clinic firmly believes in fostering tight integration with local residents. Marque recently sponsored the Santa Margarita RanchoFest, Tijeras Creek Little League, and the 8th Annual Kids Konnected Golf Tournament at Dove Canyon Country Club. Marque Urgent Care is looking forward to participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, June 16 in Rancho Santa Margarita.
