Some providers offer similar programs however, not all PAT programs are alike and there are several hues of PAT programs out there, but not all meet federal and state hiring guidelines. It is therefore very important that when considering PATs that all these aspects are reviews and covered before spending needless money on a PAT program that isn’t compliant.
