Hailey Mason, PA-C

Hailey Mason is a board-certified Physician Assistant passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University of California, where she also served as Vice President of her class and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Hailey’s diverse training includes rotations in family medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, surgery, trauma, neurosurgery, and behavioral medicine. She gained extensive experience at Level 1 trauma centers, completing over 210 procedures during her clinical rotations, ranging from wound care and suturing to pre- and postoperative patient management.

Before becoming a PA, Hailey worked as an Emergency Department Technician and Emergency Medical Technician in Washington, building strong clinical skills in urgent and emergent care. She also served as an Operations Supervisor at a medical facility, overseeing phlebotomists, medical assistants, and laboratory staff, while leading community outreach initiatives.

Dedicated to service, Hailey has volunteered extensively, from hospice and search-and-rescue work to international medical missions with the Flying Samaritans. Certified in ACLS, BLS, and trained across multiple medical disciplines, she is committed to advancing her expertise and providing compassionate care to every patient.
