Melody Saysana, PA-C

Melody Saysana is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Marque Urgent Care after completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Chapman University. During her training, Melody gained extensive experience across multiple specialties, including emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, psychiatry, surgery, and OB/GYN. She excelled in high-acuity settings, honing her skills in procedures such as laceration repair, fracture management, wound care, foreign body removal, and anesthesia administration.

Before becoming a PA, Melody built a strong foundation in healthcare as an EMT and Emergency Services Technician, providing hands-on care in urgent and emergency settings. She also served as a Clinical Research Coordinator with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, contributing to peer-reviewed publications on COVID-19 outcomes.

Fluent in French and Mandarin, Melody is passionate about patient-centered care, with a focus on building trust, listening to patients’ needs, and providing compassionate treatment during times of urgency. She is certified in ACLS, PALS, and BLS, and remains dedicated to lifelong learning and advancing her medical expertise.
