Monique Herb

Monique is a proud Orange County native with a strong passion for patient-centered care and healthcare leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach and has been a valued member of the Marque Urgent Care team since November 2015.

Monique’s career journey at Marque is a true testament to her dedication and drive. She began at the front desk and quickly rose through the ranks—serving as Back Office Lead, Manager, Multi-Site Administrator for Orange County, and now Manager of Operations. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to improving the patient experience.

Personal Summary

Outside of work, Monique is a true Disney enthusiast and loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys staying active through kickboxing, running, and Pilates, and never misses a chance to catch up on her favorite sci-fi and fantasy shows. Traveling is also one of her favorite ways to recharge and explore the world.
