Nikki Sepasyar

Nikki Sepasyar began her career with Marque Urgent Care in 2022 as a Medical Assistant and quickly stood out for her dedication, teamwork, and strong patient care skills. In recognition of her leadership and commitment, she was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2024.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining Marque, she gained valuable experience in both clinical and customer-focused roles, including serving as a Medical Assistant at Shohet Ear Associates and working as a Shift Lead at Thrive Juice Lab. She has also completed internships in clinical and research settings, including a medical internship in Athens, Greece, where she observed specialties ranging from cardiology to neurosurgery.

Known for her strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, Nikki is passionate about creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. She continues to grow her career in healthcare management while maintaining her dedication to providing excellent patient-centered care
