Tammy Naudin

Tammy Naudin is the Manager of Marque Urgent Care’s Grossmont clinic. She holds her EMT certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, blending clinical knowledge with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Tammy first joined Marque as a Medical Assistant, where she quickly earned recognition for her dedication to patients and her team. She was promoted to Assistant Manager and, in 2022, advanced to her current role as Clinic Manager at Grossmont. In this role, Tammy oversees daily operations, mentors her staff, and ensures patients receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of her career, Tammy is married and the proud mother of three children. She enjoys balancing her leadership role in healthcare with her busy family life, and she takes great pride in supporting both her team and the community she serves.
