
Apple cider vinegar is high in acetic acid, which refers to the way it is made. The apples are turned into yeast and that ferments the sugar that is in the vinegar turning it into alcohol. When the bacteria are added, its becomes acetic acid. This acid can kill pathogens (viruses), which is why taking the vinegar daily can really boost your immune system.
