To best serve the San Diego metropolitan area, we have four locations in and around San Diego to best meet the demands of the area, and to provide shorter wait times and more personalized care. Those clinics are found in the following areas:
We know that emergencies always come when you least expect it. All of our San Diego urgent care clinics, with the exception of the University Town Center clinic, are open from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm on weekdays to make us easily available for you. Weekend and holiday hours may vary and can be found by contacting us.
For your convenience, we also provide the wait times for each of our clinics in the area to help you determine which location would be best for you.
Walk-Ins Welcome
The last thing you need during an emergency is to have to schedule an appointment. Although we do have options for scheduling online, you can walk-in to any of our urgent care clinics without any previous contact.
To make things easier, our online portal allows you to check-in online until you arrive to the clinic. We save you a spot, making your wait time even shorter.

Although life threatening situations should be taken care of in an emergency room, all of our staff members at our San Diego clinics can provide optimal care for non-life threatening cases. These cases can include:
